導電不織布 PK-030

Introduction

　　導電不織布(導電無紡布、導電襯墊)，是一種不需要紡紗織布而形成的導電織物，在聚酯纖維上，電鍍上金屬鎳，再鍍上高導電性的銅層，銅表層電鍍上防氧化及防腐蝕的鎳金屬，以機械、熱粘或化學等方法將導電纖維進行定向或隨機撐列，形成纖網結構加固而成。

藉由其物理特性，擁有良好的導電性、電磁波屏蔽、抗張力、抗撕裂、耐磨擦及柔軟性等，可用於取代金屬屏蔽材料，作為膠帶、遮罩或填充用處，多元應用於機構體導電或電導需求位置。

PK-030 conductive cushion is made of different length fiber which is plated with nickel and copper. It providers good conductivity and EMI/ RFI shielding effectiveness.

Its available multiple thickness offer you more design flexibility. surface embossed is supplied on the request. PK-030 conductive non- woven cushion  is widely in electronic device for EMC designs.

● Conductive fiber should be placed in a cool place and avoid storing at high temperature and humidity or the sun.

● To achieve the best bonding effect ,the adhesive surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease and other impurities.

● The optimum temperature range for bonding is 20 ℃ ～28℃.
