導電布 PC-050

Introduction

PC-050導電布利用化學金屬披覆過程產生，將金屬和纖維複合，主要使用鎳與銅電鍍於聚酯纖維上，鎳具有空氣中不易氧化之特性，銅則具有良好的導電性，依序以鎳/銅/鎳順序進行塗布,其材質為兼具一般纖維布的柔軟性與導電性、電磁波遮蔽特性複合材料。電磁遮蔽原理是利用低電阻的導電材料，因為導電材料對電磁波具有反射與導引作用，根據金屬材料的電磁波遮蔽理論，其電磁屏蔽效果為電磁波的反射損耗、電磁波的吸收損耗與電磁波在遮蔽材料中的損耗三者之總和，整體而言，銅、鎳具有優異的導電性與抗腐蝕，其EMI遮蔽效果極佳。

PC-050 Conductive fabric is made from polyester fiber surface plating made of copper and nickel, the combination of copper and nickel to provide excellent conductivity, Along with antioxidant and anti-corrosion properties ,in the frequency range of 10MHz to 3GHz can give a good shielding effect.

● Conductive fiber should be placed in a cool place and avoid storing at high temperature and humidity or the sun.

● To achieve the best bonding effect ,the adhesive surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease and other impurities.

● The optimum temperature range for bonding is 20 ℃ ～28℃.
